Pan Fried Chicken breasts is probably the easiest Chicken Recipe that one can find. The ingredients required for making this are very less and yet the final outcome is mouth watering.

- 250 grams - chicken medium size pieces
- 2 tbsp - lemon juice
- 1 tbsp - Salt
- 1 tbsp - Powdered Black pepper
- 2 tbsp - Chilli Flakes
- 5 tbsp - Vegetable Oil
1: Tenderize the breasts with the help of a meat pounder. This step is essential to ensure that all of the chicken pieces are of the same thickness. We also need to ensure that the pieces are not very thick as such pieces do not get fried well in a Pan.
2: Coat the tenderized Chicken breasts with Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper and Chilli Flakes. Let this sit in a refridgerator for an hour for marination.
3: Next, heat 5 tbsp oil in a large Pan. Ensure that the stove is on a medium heat setting.
4: Once the oil is hot enough, move the marinated chicken breasts to the frying Pan.
5: Sear each side for around 6-7 minutes. During the first 5 minutes, do not try to move around the chicken pieces. If you do so, they might stick to your pan.
6: Your Pan Fried Chicken Breasts should be ready after a total of 12 minutes of Frying. These are good to go as a starter or as a side dish.
