Who does not like Potatoes??? Below is one easy Potato fry recipe that everyone in your family will love. It would take hardly 30 minutes to make this recipe and the ingredients required are also minimal.

- Cooking Time: 20 minutes
- 4 Large - Potatoes
- 1 tbsp - Salt
- 1 tbsp - Chilli Powder
- 4 tbsp - Oil
1: The first step is to peel the Potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
2: Next, slice them into concentric circles or wedges. Ensure that the thickness of the sliced potatoes is not too much. If you slice them too thick, frying them will take a lot of time and sometimes the inner side of the end result remains uncooked.
3: Now, in a Kadhai heat some vegetable oil or olive oil and then add the sliced potato pieces.
4: Next, add 1tbsp of salt and chilli powder or black pepper powder.
5: Keep the stove on medium flame and cover the Kadhai with a lid. After every 5 minutes, remove the lid and move the potatoes in the Kadhai to ensure that all the sides are cooked properly.
